New Fillings & Mature Stocks.

From our distillery in the heart of Fife, we offer new fillings of malt whisky available to third-party customers:

  • Strathenry – unpeated malt
  • Pitlochy – heavily peated malt

All InchDairnie whisky is matured on-site, and we also hold stocks of mature grain and malt whisky available for purchase.

Our expert sales team, working alongside our Managing Director of Distilling, can also source new fillings of grain whiskies and other malts for your bottlings, with maturation available in our bonded warehouses.

Bespoke Distillation

Thanks to the precision engineering of our innovative stillhouse, we offer bespoke distillation services — producing spirit to your specification. Our advanced mashing technology allows us to process a wide range of cereals, enabling distinctive flavour profiles and unique character in every new-make spirit.
