Operations Team Leader
Dan has been working in the drinks industry for over 33 years and joined InchDairnie Whisky in 2016. During his time with the company, he has held a variety of roles, building a deep understanding of the processes involved in producing high-quality spirits. Now, as Operations Team Leader, Dan leads the operations team and ensures everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
Throughout his career, Dan has been committed to continuous improvement, whether that means refining production processes or supporting the development of others within the business. His decades of experience shape his collaborative leadership style and operational approach. Dan is proud to be part of Inchdairnie and to contribute to the distillery’s continued growth and success.
Outside of work, Dan is a keen DIY enthusiast and always has a project or two on the go.
