Gavin is the newest qualified Stillmen, having joined the company in January 2022 becoming a fully trained Stillmen in August 2023. He is responsible for everything required in the production of spirit. He oversees the unloading of the Malted Barley deliveries, the creation of the mash bills through to ensuring the best quality spirit comes off the stills. He has superb knowledge of each stage of our unique process.
