Customer Service Team Leader
Karen joined the business in September 2013 as a Production Assistant and has since progressed to Customer Service Team Leader. In her current role, she oversees the daily operations of the export team, managing customer orders from
receipt through to completion and ensuring all documentation, logistics, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time. With over a decade of experience in the business, Karen plays a key role in keeping export operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Karen loves a good sing-along and will almost always hunt down the nearest karaoke bar on a night out.
