Martin originally joined the team in 2017 as the Spirit Handling Team leader with responsibility for all of the warehousing, cask management and spirit handling.

Over time, Martin has provided invaluable support to Scott and has recently been promoted to Distillery Manager. He is responsible for the planning and ordering of all malt, yeast and deliveries of spirit throughout the year.
