Joining the distillery team in August 2024 as the new Assistant Distillery Manager, Rebecca has a master’s degree in engineering and her previous role at Falkirk Distillery has brought a wealth of knowledge already to InchDairnie, as we finished the expansion to our stillhouse and completed our 2024 PrinLaws, RyeLaw and InchDairnie distillation campaigns.
