Now Managing Director of Distilling at InchDairnie Whisky Limited, Scott has been part of the business since the very beginning — in fact, he proudly holds the title of employee number two. His journey into whisky began with Diageo, where he spent nine years working at Glen Ord and Glenkinchie distilleries. 

While whisky is his professional passion, books are his personal escape. Rarely reading just one at a time, he usually has two or three on the go — switching between fiction, non-fiction, and autobiography depending on his mood. It’s a habit that mirrors his approach to whisky: always exploring, never standing still.
